Turn off Mannamead Road at the junction of Higher Compton Road and Lockington Avenue, keep to the left and just as you go onto the one-way street of Lockington Avenue the Clinic is in the left hand side. 

Limited customer parking is available on site for those with mobility issues  but "on road" parking is available along Lockington Avenue.
