About Me
Since 2012 I have been working part time providing sports, remedial and Swedish massage therapy to my clients who range from club sports men and women, to those who keep active with gentler activities such as walking the dog! and those whose jobs are very physical, such as builders and delivery drivers. Having worked in offices for most of my life I empathize with the stresses and strains of everyday living and changed my career choices after benefiting from massage myself.
- 2005 - Diploma in Swedish Massage Therapy and Anatomy and Physiology (ITEC)
- 2007 - Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy (School of Chakra Therapies)
- 2010 - Diploma in Sports Massage (VTCT) including massage machines
I offer 1 hour and 1/2 hour sessions and prefer that your
initial session is for 1 hour to allow time for your initial consultation.
